This virtual meeting will be a discussion with respected practitioners from the business, medical, housing, legal and law enforcement communities. We will discuss how both events have affected individuals and Texas.

Aligned with the national campaign, guest speakers will discuss the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Texas. The event Moderator will be Mr. Robert Ashley of KHVN 97AM, and our guest speakers include:
Dr. Jill Waggoner, MD, who will present important information on the impact of the COVID-19 on health in our community and share thoughts for a healthy lifestyle that is critical for all of us;
Diana Flores, VP of Organizational Development of the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, who will share information about the impact of our current situation on small businesses;
Zoe Middleton, Southwest Texas Director of Texas Housers, who will discuss housing issues in Texas;
Dr. Brian Williams, one of the original citizens on the community advisory board to the Dallas Police Chief, who will discuss safety in our communities and share information on the national health impact of COVID on poor people in America; and
Ali Lozano of the Texas Civil Rights Project , who will share info on how to safely register to vote and will provide guidance on who is eligible to vote by mail under the Texas State Supreme Court's ruling in the vote by mail lawsuit.
