Peaceful Sit-In

After the overwhelming success from our little demonstration on Monday, we collectively agreed to a Round 2! Hope more will be able to join and take in the overwhelming and awesome feeling you'll get from all the beeping, fists in the air, cheering us on, etc. And collectively, we ALL drown out the voices of those who oppose the equality we fight for. Including the neighboring drivers - amazing!

Last time I had the time set for 5pm to 7pm, but we had such a great time that we ended up staying out there until 8pm. So this time, I'll just go ahead and make it 8pm and anyone is welcome to join us for as much or as little time as you'd like.

VERY IMPORTANT

This is a MAJOR intersection and there is absolutely no intention of trying to shut down traffic. If anyone decides to join me, we are staying on the sidewalk at all times. Please also note that this is the day before a lot of people are leaving for a holiday break so expect even MORE traffic than last time.
