TMAN, is a grassroots organization based in Philadelphia, PA dedicated in its efforts to uplift people of color along the trans masculine spectrum. Founded in 2006, TMAN addresses the unique and underrepresented needs of its members through gatherings, special events, campaigns and initiatives.

Why have Black & Brown Trans men and Trans Masculine individuals been seemingly left behind? From Ky Peterson to Tony McDade...Why do Black Trans Men continue to be an after-thought? The experiences of TMOC remain widely untold, erased, ignored and overlooked.

Here we will discuss the real-life experiences of Black & Brown Trans Men and Trans Masculine individuals and explore myths, misconceptions, challenges and remedies.
