James. “To create a community of opportunity for all and to ensure meaningful, transformative change, we must first have an honest, candid conversation about what victory looks like. This Virtual Town Hall is an opportunity for residents to hear about efforts currently being undertaken and an opportunity for elected and community leaders to learn more about community needs. All West Palm Beach residents and business owners are invited.”
