Voter suppression is very real, especially for communities of color. Many of us won't vote or can't vote and the entire system often seems to work against us rather than for us. Asking our neighbors to take a leap of faith in this uncertain time can lead to some very deep discussions about trust in a governmental system that has left us behind. We're not going to solve all of our problems in a call, but by coming together to heal from the traumas of the past and the present, it'll help us heal the future.
