Virtual Re-Entry Day of PA

This year National Bail Out teamed up with PA through Philadelphia Community Bail Fund and Mary’s Daughters, Dignity Act Now Collective for a Black Mama’s Bail Out for Mother’s Day. Unfortunately because of COVid19 we were forced to do emergency bail outs and revamp our Re Entry day.  In the past  re-entry day has served as an official Welcome Home gathering , a call to action to end cash bail, pretrial detention and to free Black Mamas and caregivers while listening to the stories and performances of Black Mothers and caregivers . this year however Virtual Re-entry Day PA is a united front of Pittsburgh and Philadelphia’s Impacted Black Women, Trans and non-binary folks on the ground.  This Digital Gathering will be epic, with special guests Janet Janine and Debbie Africa of the legendary MOVE family, Movita Johnson-Harrell and many more. From break out groups, speakers and performers across the state to signs and paintings. You  won’t want to miss this.
