In his new book, "Know Your Price: Valuing Black Lives and Property in America’s Black Cities," noted educator, journalist & scholar Dr. Andre Perry takes readers on a tour of six Black majority cities, including Detroit, whose assets and strengths are undervalued — and provides a new means of determining value.
