Car Rally for Thrive Workers!
Workers at Thrive Support & Advocacy are headed to a union election! This group of essential workers staff four group homes for people with developmental disabilities. Since the pandemic started, Thrive workers have seen no increase in their hourly wages and at times have been lacking proper PPE.
On top of all this, they have been receiving anti-union messaging from management. By having a car rally, we want to show the staff that the community has their back, and that they deserve hazard pay, proper PPE, and a union!
